I’m working on reviewing Korean textbooks, the ones I’ve tried out. It’s almost done, but not quite. I’m curious what you think: Are reviews too long or too short? Are they clear enough?

On Friday Korean radio tbs English did a piece on meeting strangers in Korea, inspired by our article Is it normal to talk to strangers in Korea? .

Please let us know: Are the explanations clear enough? Should we make a new tutorial now that we’re a bit more experienced with writing these sorts of things? Should we make an update for Windows 8?

Q: I’m heading to Seoul in March and studying Korean for one month by myself, I would like to know is it common to talk to strangers in bookstores, coffee shops and make some local Korean guys friend when I’m alone? Or vice versa, will the guys talk to single woman in coffee shops or so?
